The care was excellent and nurse managers and rehab were attentive. I would recommend having your loved one stay for short or long term. I’ll keep taking my family to Memorial Medical, thank you all so much !!

Mari did a very exceptional job on my feet that were damaged very bad she was able to restore them and bring them back to health. I would not have believed it till I thought I am blessed to have her take care of my feet as a wound care doctor. Brandy, Ariel, Robert, Sylvia and Julie are very exceptional nurses that have care and concern for their residents. Their CNA’s are GREAT as well. I’ve never had an assisted shower that felt like a spa bath (Raymond and Patrice). I would recommend this place to anyone for family and friends.

The team at Memorial Medical are skilled, responsive and compassionate. A family member is concluding an 18-month stay as an inpatient. Throughout her stay, everyone – the doctors, nurses, aides, and social worker – took great care of my family member, to ensure that she stayed safe and well, and continued her path to restored health.

My mom started at Memorial for rehab and they were amazing and very patient and caring. As her medical issues continued to digress she was admitted as a permanent resident. The staff was wonderful. They not only cared for and treated my mom, they helped me get through the worst time in my life!I highly recommend this facility for a loved one needing Rehab or as a permanent care.

FAQ

Have a Question?

Get in Touch

Considering a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility can be a confusing process. Please reach out with any questions or concerns you may have. We’re here to help.

How do I pay for my time at your facility?

We work with most major insurances–including Medicare and Medicaid–to cover your stay and services provided. Use the contact form or give us a call to answer questions about your specific plan or provider.

What should I bring with me during my stay?

In general, we will provide you with basic essentials for living and hygiene. If you have specific products you like to use, please feel free to bring them. You’ll need comfortable clothing for 7-10 days, and any personal items you’d like to have, though we recommend leaving jewelry and valuables at home.

Who do you treat for rehabilitation services?

We are a skilled nursing facility, or SNF. Our therapists specialize in physical, occupational, and speech therapy to help individuals regain their independence at home. Typical patients are elderly, and require rehab following an accident or surgery, and their stay is usually covered by insurance. We do not offer drug or alcohol rehabilitation services.
